Eggnog Review

There is something i find super comforting at this time of year, and that's walking through my local shopping centre and seeing Starbucks red cups filled to the brim with my favourite winter beverage........Eggnog Latte!

There is something about Eggnog with its smooth blend of cream, egg and nutmeg that sets my senses on fire, my tastebuds on high alert and my nose can sniff one out at 20 paces!

Warm and comforting it really does make me feel contented and satisfied, so it was with high expectations i purchased a small Yankee Eggnog Jar. Sadly this scent is nowhere to be found at Yankee Candle UK  so my hunt needed to fall on that old favourite site Ebay for hard to find, or just cant wait to get it scents.

I paid £6.95 including shipping for my Small jar, which is a small saving from the RRP of £7.95.

The scent; like most Yankee Candles is very true to life, the first note i get is is smooth spicy nutmeg, which is immediately followed by creamy egg custard with just a hint of something alcoholic. If you like eggnog, this is one for your shopping list, im sure you will adore it, and if not, you can always send it to me!!
